The Grudge 4 was a proposed sequel in Vertigo Entertainment's Grudge franchise. It would've been released in 2013 as a direct-to-video film by Sony Pictures Home Entertainment and Stage 6 Films.

Unknown, although it was suppose to take place after the events of The Grudge 3. Production started around June 2009. Filming took place around 2011.
Why It Was Cancelled[]
- In Early 2012, Vertical Entertainment suffered low finances and budget cuts that avoided the 2013 release of The Grudge 4.

- The reboot was made in 2020 by these same companies.
- A sequel of the reboot is currently in development.
- This cancelled film was released as an illegal bootlegged film on December 27, 2019 in Haiti.
