- Aladdin was released during the same year it was cancelled.
- That same decade, another story based on Sinbad the Sailor was included in the 1994 film Scooby Doo in Arabian Nights.
Results[]
- The project was later moved to DreamWorks Animation as Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas in 2003, which received negative reviews and was a box office bomb. It was also DreamWorks' last traditionally animated film.
