Philadelphia Experiment III was a proposed sequel in Wallace C. Bennett's Philadelphia Experiment franchise. It would've been released in a direct-to-video film by 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment and Lightstorm Entertainment on February 21, 2003 with Trimark Pictures owning the rights internationally.

Plot[]

The plot is unknown, although it was supposed to take place after the events of Philadelphia Experiment II. Production started around 1994. Filming took place around 2000. It was set in the year 2043. VFX companies include Digital Magic Company, E=mc², and Technicolor/Complete Post.

Why It Was Cancelled[]

  • In August 2001, Trimark Home Video was closed down.

  1. Lionsgate and DreamWorks both currently owned the franchise, despite 20th Century Fox ownership expired in 2006.
