Hawkeye was going to be Hawkeye's first solo movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, It was planned to premiere on September 18, 2015, and at the same time finish phase 2 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.




Plot[]

In this film the origin story of Hawkeye is shown starting his job as a Superhero. In this movie, Hawkeye was going to face the Supervillain known as Griffin.

Why It Was Cancelled[]

  • The director of the film wanted it to last less, but Marvel Studios demanded a long duration, so it came to conflicts
  • The director and the scriptwriters had many lack of ideas, because many of the incredible scenes that they wanted to put in the film, were already used in other films of the Marvel Cinematic Universe
  • Mark Wahlberg was busy filming Daddy's Home, so the director wanted to change it, but Kevin Feige denied it.
