Why It Was Cancelled[]
- In August of 2002, during a showing of the story reels to Aardman executives, they were so pleased with the results they requested DreamWorks to expand the story and make it into a 90 minute theatrical release.
- DreamWorks ended the partnership after the box office underperformance of Flushed Away.
